Did you know that the terms and conditions for rebates under Hydro Quebec’s Building Program were revised in late November 2018? If you have questions about the changes, we’re here to help.

The team at FCR Management Services LP sought a lighting solution to improve visibility and safety at their Le Sanctuaire underground parking garage. The Promenades du Parc is an open strip shopping centre serving the growing community of St-Hubert, Quebec operated by First Capital Realty. Concept Illumination estimates the savings will be approximately 57,000 kWh annually – a 55% reduction for the complex.

Used for illuminating sports facilities, building facades, truck and industrial yards, ports and airports, and large exterior areas with high pole mountings, LED floodlights are a good option for improving aesthetics and visibility. The 500W FXLED series is the product of choice to replace metal halides – a 500W FXLED fixture can replace a 1500W metal halide with no loss in light output, resulting in maintenance and energy savings. DLC premium listed for additional rebates in Quebec.

Property operators First Capital Realty partnered with Concept Illumination to switch Strandherd Crossing to LED technology. They upgraded all of the centre’s exterior lighting, including pole-mount fixtures and wall-packs, resulting in reduced maintenance and energy costs. The project was also eligible for Hydro Ottawa’s energy incentive program.
